This promotion is offered by Konkrd Pty Ltd of 7/14 Concord Cresent, Carrum Downs, Victoria, 3201 (“Konkrd”, “we”, “us”). These terms and conditions (which we’ll call “Conditions of Entry”) contain important information you need to know about your entry and the Promotion generally. Make sure you read these Conditions of Entry carefully. If you choose to participate in this promotion, then you agree that these Conditions of Entry apply to your entry.
Eligible Customers who purchase a Qualifying Policy from a participating health fund via Konkrd online at konkrd.com (Konkrd Online) as an intermediary will receive a $200 fuel voucher (“Voucher”), subject to these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion is valid for Qualifying Policies purchased by Eligible Customers between April 1 2026 and 11:59pm AEDT 30th of April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
To be eligible for the Voucher, customers must:
Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over
Purchase a Qualifying Policy from a participating health fund via Konkrd Online during the Promotion Period
Not have previously purchased a health insurance policy via Konkrd Online
Maintain that Qualifying Policy for the Cooling Off Period
Not be an existing holder of the same policy with the selected health fund
Meet all applicable eligibility requirements of the selected health fund
(“Eligible Customers”)
A Qualifying Policy means:
Completion of an application for a health insurance policy with a participating health fund (details of Konkrd’s participating health funds are available at https://konkrd.com/partner-fund/) via Konkrd Online during the Promotional Period
Acceptance of the policy by the health fund
Policy is active and not cancelled during the Cooling Off Period
Any required initial premium payment has been made to the relevant health fund
The following are not eligible:
Policies cancelled within the Cooling Off Period
Applications that are incomplete, declined, or not accepted by the health fund
Customers who do not meet fund underwriting or eligibility criteria of the health fund
The Voucher will only be issued where:
The policy remains active beyond the applicable cooling off period (as defined by the health fund and relevant legislation) (“Cooling Off Period”)
The policy is not cancelled, lapsed, or declined during the Cooling Off Period
Limit of one (1) Voucher per Eligible Customer
Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
Konkrd will not be responsible for any unreceived, misplaced, lost, or tampered Voucher under any circumstance.
Any costs in participating in this promotion or redeeming and using the Voucher are not included and will be borne by you.
This promotion cannot be combined with other Konkrd promotional offers unless stated
Konkrd acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee acceptance by any health fund. Konkrd is not a private health insurer and does not issue, underwrite or administer private health insurance policies. All private health insurance policies are issued and administered solely by the participating private health insurers in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
The Voucher is funded by Konkrd and not by the participating health funds. It does not represent a discount on your premium or an inducement offered by the participating health fund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, tax implications, damage, or liability, which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion.
Customers should consider whether a policy is appropriate for their needs before purchasing.
Konkrd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.
We collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion (either from you directly, or the relevant participating health fund). We may disclose such information to third parties (including agents, contractors, service providers and voucher suppliers) for the purposes of managing the promotion. Customer information will be handled in accordance with Konkrd’s Privacy Policy (https://konkrd.com/privacy-policy), which you must read and accept in order to take part in this promotion.
